Fabulous
Beautiful island
Liked: Great breakfast, quiet area, excellent charging car price. Nice pool and spa,
Very relaxing and great service
Liked: The reception crew was excellent, they did not miss on any restaurants or tours suggestions.
Disliked: The only critique is the walk to the outside pool, it’s confusing and long.
Value for money
Liked: I’m a fan of this place. The breakfast is a highlight, the staff at breakfast is so nice and happy. They have lots of variety for adults and kids. The rooms are spacious and the WiFi works pretty well. Had to work from there for a couple of days and it was great, video calls all day!
Disliked: Communication at the balneario could be better. Didn’t mention that the hat for the indoor pool costs 2 EUR. Had I known you need to pay per person per day I would have save some money. Next time please be explicit. You can easily bring your own without small surprises when you check out! Other than that, this place is a favorite!
The facilities and staff are super kind and professional
Liked: The breakfast buffet had everything imaginable. It was amazing! Loved the choice of types of bread, cold cuts and fresh fruit. You could stay and enjoy a lovely breakfast until after 10am!
Disliked: Have no complaint.
Liked: Hotel is nice clean, basic quality. I liked the spa and enjoyed swimming pools. We had lunch and dinner in nearby hotel because it was low season.
Disliked: Not a lot to do on the island except the spa - that is seems what most people did. The sea receded and beaches were not too impressive
Liked: An excellent place for a getaway for two. Very quiet, with the cleanest fresh air and a superb spa area featuring hot water from thermal springs. Nearby, there is a park for walks, several restaurants, a bar, and a café. The perfect location for exploring the attractions of northwestern Spain and enjoying a quiet getaway. The breakfast was perfect.
Disliked: Everything was fine. Thanks a lot for all staff.
