Very good
Potential but at the moment lacking in quality
Liked: The location is excellent, within walking distance to the beach. There is a newly open sports facility across the road (public playground and soccer pitch) which our kids loved.
Disliked: There were a number of things. Firstly check in is very late 5pm, we asked if it would be possible to check in earlier and we were told we would be charged an additional 20 euros. Check out is 10am which is very early (if you wish to extend they charge another campsite 20) so if you're staying just one night you don't even get 24hrs. The pool area is in need of work. Only one pool is filled and it has loose tiles. The jets don't work. On the day we arrived there were lots of young people by the pool who were not staying in the complex (we watched them drive away in their cars) which meant the families who just checked in were left without beds. The staff were quite rude. At check in there were five of them behind the desk with only one checking people in which meant a long delay. Their communication was quite poor. When we actually accesses the bungalow the towels were left folded on top of the toilet which is very unhygienic and the coffee machine was dirty. In addition, the separation between bungalows in the garden is not yet mature so you have no privacy. The table and chairs (fold up kitchen ones) were damaged and of ch ap quality, not sturdy for a family dinner. The resort has real potential it's just such a pity that things like the late check leave such a poor taste in the stay.
