  A clean, modern and spacious villa, great for a relaxing experience

  Liked: Great pool - clean, large, stayed at a good temperature the whole time we were there. They also had some floats provided too if you wanted to use them. Had lights and jets too if you wanted to turn them on. Rooms - Beds were very comfy. I was in the larger room so I'm a bit biased but the tv in there was great, hot tub was great (also doubled up as an extra shower) and it was all very clean. Living room had a good tv too and a nice sofa (could easily fit 4) with a good number of seats scattered around too. A/C - in the majority of the rooms, each with their own remote so everyone can set the temp to their preference. Host - was ready for us at the time of arrival, very polite and helpful. Provided a binder with a list of things to do nearby and other helpful info - was also able to accommodate our really early check out time (just due to early flights), and was ready to take the keys and transfer the deposit back quickly so we weren't waiting about. Other - Had plenty of plates, bowls, glasses and cutlery. Good sized fridge / freezer and functional dishwasher too. Enough towels for each person to have two (one large one small).

  Disliked: Some lights switches seemed to trip some of the fuses so these had to be turned back on - very minor issue as there were other switches that worked for the same lights anyway.

  Lovely property, we really enjoyed our stay. Hosts Lluís and Paula are super welcoming and available for any questions y

  Liked: Really nice new property, very modern. Great outdoor space too, pool is a nice size. It’s very clean and inviting.

  Disliked: The electrics tripped a few times when the air conditioning was on and we were cooking dinner. It was easily fixed just by resetting the switches. The location is quite remote so would recommend a hire car.

  Very beautiful and modern new villa with a wonderful pool!

  Liked: The villa is new, modern and very well equipped!!! Everything is as in the photo. We like the design of the house, nice furniture, dishes, decorative panels etc. Really incredible pool with lights and jacuzzi!!! Сhildren and adults were absolutely delighted. A huge amount of different home appliances: washing machine, clothes dryer, dishwasher, robot vacuum cleaner, deep fryer, toaster, coffee machine, several big TVs, air conditioners, fans etc. Three wonderful sandy beaches are 5 minutes by car. Big supermarket is close to the house. Manager of the Restourant Esmeralda (also 4-5 minutes by car) is always ready to feed you (even at 0:00). We know Les Tres Calas very well because we visited it during more than 20 years. And new villa Eden became an unexpectedly pleasant discovery this year. The host is a very nice, kind and helpfull young man. All our requests were immediatlely satisfied. Thank you very-very much, Lluis! We were so glad to be one of your first guests and we will come back with pleasure!

  Disliked: There was only one thing that we did not like. As we were nine (two families of friends including three kids), we understood that we didn’t have enough bathrooms: there were two unlocked bathrooms for 4 bedrooms, but one of them stayed in the large bedroom, and we could not fully use it, because the toilet was separated by a partition, but the Jacuzzi with shower was located right in the corner of the bedroom without a partition, and it was difficult to use it in the absence of locks on the door of the room and children in the house. So we discussed with our host the inconvenience of such a design for families with children and Lluis promised to make locks for the rooms that will be helpful for future guests.
