Exceptional
Great apartment for families – just be prepared for a few small challenges
Liked: We stayed for 7 nights as a family of 6 (with 4 young kids) and overall had a great experience. The apartment is spacious, well-equipped, and very comfortable for a large family. The area is beautiful and peaceful, with nice beaches (without sunbeds or umbrellas, like most beaches in the Basque Country) and a few good restaurants. The host was helpful and responsive, and it’s easy to take a bus to Bilbao on rainy days.
Disliked: - Check-in instructions could be clearer – the email from Booking was in Spanish, and entry to the building requires internet access, which might be tricky for some. - The private parking is very tight. It was hard to get our SUV in and out, taking quite a bit of maneuvering. One night we parked outside and received a fine. - The building is mostly residential, with older neighbors. Some were very kind, but others were less tolerant of normal noise from children. Still, we truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend the apartment to other families!

Liked: The flat was really nice, large and comfortable. The views were incredible. Only 10 minutes from the centre. It has its own parking.
Disliked: Just a minimum detail. We were traveling with two elder people and even if the flat was very near the centre there was a short slope (like on most of coastal towns) to get to the flat.

Liked: The flat is amazing, big, cozy, clean and the terrace amazing!
Disliked: In the double bed room the mattress is not that comfy. Also, they could add the exact address of the flat in the instructions of the self check-in. It took us a while to figure it out:)
