  Very comfortable

  Liked: Spacious and comfortable as we booked the extra large bed because we are tall. All amenities were very good and we had everything we needed. Very nice stay

  Liked: We needed an early breakfast and they opened half an hour early just for us. Thanks to the staff! It looks like a very new and modern hotel. My room was on the third floor. I am 6'5 and the slanted roofs were uncomfortable. Especially in the bathroom area. They would probably be uncomfortable for someone not even as tall as me. I had no windows, only skylights in the bathroom and bedroom areas. They both work by remote control and I had fun playing with them:-)

  Disliked: I found the bed uncomfortable as the pillows are very thin.

  Reuse and very unhelpful staff

  Disliked: I arrived to find that there was no parking available anywhere near the hotel, as there was a fiesta. I tried my best to communicate with the receptionist in my limited Spanish but he was very rude and unhelpful. I was concerned that I would not sleep that night because of the fiesta and I had a long drive the next day. I informed the receptionist that I would not be able to stay because of the lack of parking and the noise from the fiesta. He responded by just saying “Bye”. I contacted the hotel via WhatsApp and they said I could have a refund. However, this did not happen and when I contacted them again I was told I could not have one.
