A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Arrivals after 19:30 must complete a registration form and pay the full amount at least 48 hours before arrival. There is an extra fee of EUR 50. The keys can then be collected from a key box at the office at any time after 19:30. Guests are requested to leave the apartment in the same conditions that they find it or charges will be applied. Optional cleaning is available for an extra cost.
