  Great central hotel in lovely Llanes!

  Liked: We liked the hotel very much, the room was spacious, comfortable and clean, and the location was excellent. (As it was out of season, there was no permanent reception so any arrangements needed to be clearly communicated. Minor inconvenience, readily overcome by the proprietor). We would stay again if the opportunity arises!

  Disliked: Noise from the street at night, although this was to be expected and didn’t continue too late, so didn’t disturb us too much!

  Liked: Perfect in the centre of town. Silvia was a great help and communicated ahead about check in/out times as reception not 24hr. Parking is public car park nearby so only short walk. No AC, but top floor room had good windows and was fine in August.

  Liked: Se trata de un alojamiento situado en pleno corazón de Llanes. La ubicación es inmejorable si quieres vivir él pueblo en toda su esencia. Aunque no hay aparcamiento en la calle del alojamiento, pues es peatonal, si que es fácil encontrarlo a unos 5 minutos a pie caminando cerca de la playa del Sablón Las camas muy cómodas La habitación amplia La habitación tiene microondas y nevera. Él alojamiento tiene ascensor. La persona de recepción, muy amable y flexible para él proceso de llegada, salida y pago.

  Disliked: La ventaja de estar en él centro conlleva la desventaja de enterarte de las comandas de los bares de la calle. Él ruído desde las 11 de la mañana hasta +- las 00.30 h -01.00 am es monumental aún con todas las ventanas cerradas. Estabamos en un segundo piso y ni con tapones se podía dormir hasta pasada esa hora. No se podía estar con las ventanas cerradas porque coincidieron días de mucho calor y la habitación cuenta con un pequeño ventilador pero no con aire acondicionado. La limpieza del baño regular. Baja relación calidad -precio, al menos en agosto.

  Atmospheric hotel in historic centre

  Liked: The building is interesting and the location in the centre is perfect, our room was lovely and we heard little noise from the street. There is a lift so no problem getting heavy cases up and down stairs. Very close to lots of bars, restaurants and shops. Liked the small kitchen area with fridge.

  Disliked: Nothing.

  Really lovely have no hesitation in recommending it as a great place to stay in the heart of the old town

  Liked: Lovey friendly host who went out of her way to make sure all was well. She let me take my bicycle up to room which was great.

  Disliked: An electric fan would have been useful in the recent heat wave
