Very good
Central location, helpful and pleasant owner, no-fuss stay
Liked: The apartment is located right at the center of town, next to the historic citadel (Seu Vella), and within 300m of the main street. It is also very spacious. The owner Enrique was very kind and helpful, and quick to address any issues. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, but there's no dishwasher. There's a washing machine but no drier. There's air-conditioning which is a must in summer (we had 40 degrees).
Disliked: Parts of the apartment are a bit run down - the rolling shades only half-open and are delicate. One tile in the bathroom is broken off the wall. We had an issue with ants in the corridor. The living room TV is small.

Disliked: The apartment is run down, lots of things need fixing. The quality of the towels was quite bad too. It would have been nice to have some coffee pods in the house given there was a pod machine. It could be a good place but it wasn’t
Good place overall
Liked: Spacious flat, clean, in a great location. Staff were very responsive about meeting us to let us in.
Disliked: I was slightly uncomfortable when I noticed the cameras in the living room and hallway. Feeling like you might be being watched doesn't help you relax (plus a lot of people will be in the habit of walking naked or just in a towel from the bathroom to the bedroom to get dressed after a shower, and obviously you have to remember not to do that). I can understand why someone renting out their apartment is worried about damage, but the cameras are still a bad idea.
