Pleasant
Good value, CLEAN, but could be better
Liked: Great location in diverse neighborhood. Venezuelan and Pakistani restaurants near, coffee shop on ground floor. SPOTLESSLY CLEAN. Limited silverware and cooking tools, but range top and clothes washer worked fine. Kind housekeeper replaced the missing coffee maker. Adjustable heat, nice little balcony. If you show up before check in you can wait and snack in the coffee shop.
Disliked: Texts said room was ready at 15:00, but we didn’t get a key until 15:30. Housekeeper knocked in the morning asking how long we were staying: her dispatcher must not have told her! Missing: toilet paper holder, soap dish in shower, and cups. Queen bed was two twin beds pushed together.
Horrible dirty appartement not suitable for a family with kids
Liked: In city centre
Disliked: Dirty, equipment in appartement don’t work, not great for families, can’t phone host because the number given doesn’t work, have communicate via booking but don’t respond in time, horrible experience.
Could not stay here because never got a response from the host
Disliked: We ended up not staying there because we could not get a response from the hosts for four weeks about whether we could check in late because we were going to be out seeing the eclipse. Not until I requested a cancellation and refund did they respond to any messages. All responses were automated messages. I repeatedly tried to contact them by email phone through Booking.com and through their own website. Not until after I had to request a refund for lack of contact, did I get any messages at all. I would not recommend trying to stay in this place if you have any special requests.
Very disappointing stay. The bathroom and toilet were both leaking, leaving water all over the floor. The kitchen didn’t
Liked: Very disappointing stay. The bathroom and toilet were both leaking, leaving water all over the floor. The kitchen didn’t even have an oven, and the chairs in the sitting room were dirty and in poor condition. Overall, this was the worst apartment hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I would not recommend it.

Add a few kitchen items & this would be a 9, still good though
Liked: Location was excellent & once I had the keys access was also excellent, ladies running the cafe were lovely & I enjoyed my coffee & lunch 👌
Disliked: There was no tea towel, sharp knife, not even a coffee mug, no toaster or kettle & the coffee machine advertised on the inside of the front door did not exist. I made do but fully functional kitchen would have at least basic items excluding the coffee machine of course.
Liked: Scam. Do Not Booky!!!!!
