Very good
Good spot for an overnight in Logroño
Liked: Great location, parking available (€15 per night, not unreasonable for a city centre). Rooms are basic but satisfactory for the price, and the bathroom had a bath which made a nice change.
Disliked: Bed wasn’t the comfiest, clearly quite old and mattress a bit sunken. Wouldn’t put us off using the hotel again though.

Liked: Loved the bathroom. It was very spacious and included a bidet, a rare but welcome addition. Everything worked well. The room too was spacious. And it was incredibly clean. We also had a small fridge we were able to store our milk in. Breakfast too was good in a large area with plenty on offer. We didn't get to sample other meals. Parking was superb...secure underground. And the location in the heart of the city excellent.
Disliked: When we arrived we noticed a loud thrumming noise throughout the building and couldn't determine where it was coming from. The receptionist, whilst friendly and attentive, couldn't reveal the source but did admit he'd heard the complaint before. We nearly didn't stay. Once in our room I turned off the air-con and the noise stopped!!! The staff should be informed. Mealtimes for snacks/lunch/dinner didn't suit us but the parking was superb...secure underground.

Great stay except for the rude woman at the restaurant
Liked: Very nice hotel right on the edge of town. Easy walk to everything in the Casco Antiguo. Rooms were very nice.
Disliked: One woman on the service staff was rude. After breakfast I returned for a cup of coffee to go, and she denied me the coffee. I explained I had just paid for and eaten breakfast and simply wanted a cup of coffee to go. She was abruptly and rude and told me to go next door to pay for a cup at the bar.
Liked: Easy parking, short walk to city centre
