  A clean and modern apartment

Liked: Excellent communication from Miriam. She sent really informative videos showing entry procedures at the main and specific apartment doors. She was also willing to rectify things about the apartment which were broken. Very clean. Spacious bathroom. Large, comfortable bed and plenty of hanging and drawer space in bedrooms. Good wi-fi. Quiet. An easy walk to town centre. A well equipped supermarket a few doors down the street made food and drink buying very easy.

Disliked: The apartment was rather dark due to small windows. The pictures on the website accurately show the lack of light.( When booking, I thought they were taken in electric light in the evening but discovered this was the normal light level for daytime!) No kettle, just a coffee machine. No corkscrew. Broken shower( it had to be used as a hand held shower) and chipped iron( meant it snagged clothes when ironing). Iron was replaced. We were told we could move to an empty apartment but, as we had unpacked, etc, we decided to stay put so no complaints about management response.

  On the whole good

Liked: Quiet & clean Good coffee machine Parking Powerful shower with hot water Comfy bed

Disliked: The shower was powerfully & hot but the water was all over the floor & there is no mop so had to use towels to dry it There was an awful smell of sewage! Maybe this is something known about as there was a lot of air fresheners in the apartment which were very overpowering Lack of coat hangers 1 per person! Lighting was very bright in all rooms Only one plug socket by the so either phone on charge or side lights could be used

Liked: The apartment was modern, clean and in a great location.

Disliked: Although there was a coffee machine there wasn't a kettle. Boiling water in the microwave to make tea for three people took a while. Also there were no tea towels.
