  Liked: Spacious apartment, well equipped and nice modern bathrooms

  Disliked: Pool very cold No sunbeds round the pool Lots of mosquitoes due to location next to swamp area, which meant we didn’t make use of either balconies or open windows.

  Great stay despite the bedding and a/c issues

  Liked: Great location, good value for money and very comfy beds!

  Disliked: The upstairs a/c had a really bad smell (downstairs was fine) like something had died in the vent. We were told the whole building has an issue with the smell but when we spoke to other residents no one else said they had a bad smell from their a/c. The smell did start to go away by the end of the trip but was hard to put up with. The bedding also smelt musty and we had to wash it again. We did message the host but she just kept telling us it was clean. It wasn’t dirty, just smelt bad and it wasn’t worth the argument on WhatsApp so we washed it ourselves.

  Great duplex in a great location

  Liked: Location. Cleanliness. Comfortable bed. Well furnished.

  Disliked: West facing, so no sun until the afternoon. Road noise.

  Very clean and large property but location not ideal with the large field behind

  Liked: The size of the property and how clean the property was. Location close to the beach.

  Disliked: There is a large field behind the property where outside events are always taking place. There was no pre warning from the host this was the case - two of the nights of our stay there was a music festival that went onto 7am, the music was very loud. We had a 4 month old baby so not ideal. When we were leaving the was another event being set up.

  Oasis on the beach

  Liked: What a fantastic apartment we had. So very clean, perfect location, maybe a little out the way for some people, but that was exactly what we were looking for. We walked along the beach front which was 5 minutes away from the apartment to get to busier areas and a very short taxi ride to local shops if needed. The pool area was perfect and my grandchildren spent every day of our stay down in the 2 pools. Plenty room in the apartment for 4 adults and the 2 children. Everything we needed in the kitchen for the few times we cooked and loads of bars and restaurants along the beach to visit. Air con was fantastic after a very hot day out in the sun. Very comfortable bed and lovely bathrooms with good showers. Plenty space on the balconies for eating at the table or chilling on the loungers supplied. Our host Emilia was amazing and replied quickly to any questions we had. We will definitely be back.

  Disliked: Very small issue was that we were a family of 4 adults and 2 children and there were only 2 lounge chairs to take down to the pool, so we had to buy 4 lilos to use to sit/lie by the pool, so maybe another couple of fold up chairs to use would be good. But like I say, very small thing.
