Fabulous
Sea Front Villa
Liked: Location, size and outdoor space
Disliked: No air conditioning which might be a trial in the height of the season
Nice location, house needs major updates
Liked: The location was excellent, beds were comfortable, and there are great views of the beach.
Disliked: Booking the place was challenging because you have to do it through a separate website. My card was charged twice and then frozen with a fraud alert due to the double charge. Some appliances are not for use and the coffee maker was full of mold due to lack of cleaning. There was no central heat in the house, so everyone was very cold. Many blankets were provided which helped while sleeping. The two small electric heaters provided barely kept bathrooms warm. The house electrical shut off three times. Once when we were using the stove to make dinner and twice while using the dishwasher. The hot water is enough for two people to shower, any more and you run out of hot water.
Lovely holiday home, well kept, everything you could want for a perfect staycation
Liked: Perfect location, right on the beach. It has everything you need for a self catering holiday.
Disliked: The address. Our taxi driver who lives in Alcazares and knows the area well, found the address to be not correct. Anyone going there, tell them The Blue Beach Bar. It’s right outside the property Also an information pack would be helpful.
Great location to explore Los Alcazares
Liked: Great location right by the sea. Within easy walking distance of restaurants and bars. We had new kettle, toaster, coffee maker and lots of fluffy towels. Chairs and umbrella for the beach. Comfortable beds and sea views from the front bedroom. Lovely seating area at the front for eating outside, shaded from the sun.
Disliked: There is a fairly new cafe/ bar right in front of the house, which doesn’t show up in the photos. It’s open 8-8 but it’s not noisy and no music being played. Good for people watching!
