Very good
Lovely clean well appointed apartment
Liked: Great location on the Beach
Disliked: N/A
Liked: Location and staff very good
Disliked: We had stayed in same apartment 2 years ago and definitely the standard has dropped. The vent in Bathroom filthy. Strange smell from vents. Dirty rug in bedroom. Broken sliding kitchen door. No smoke alarm it had been removed in kitchen. Definitely needs a good cleaning laundry basket filthy. Alot of out of date food in kitchen cupboards. Curtains would be good as well. I had to purchase a shower matt for Bath myself as it was extremely slippery. I And also purchased a long length mirror as needed.
Excellent property. Good location if you have a car. Unable to use pool as no chairs/loungers
Liked: Personal service to collect keys and access property. Prompt customer service
Disliked: No seating for pool which meant we couldn’t use it during our stay. Lightweight curtains in the bedrooms which other customers have mentioned but have not been changed
Pleasant
Liked: The apartment was well equipped and the complex was very quiet. Close proximity to the beach
Disliked: The apartment had been closed up since November and despite opening windows and doors and running taps, the smell from the drain did not go away. There were ants in the kitchen, bathroom and master bedroom. We were not informed if there were sun loungers for the pool, we only found out on the last day by a resident that each apartment has a storage room and they may have been in there. Rep did not provide information about this or about restaurants, taxi services, supermarkets or local buses.
Excellent a superb base for a resting holiday
Liked: Excellent location for the beach
A pleasant stay which ticked all the boxes 😊
Liked: Great position overlooking pool with all day sun. Fantastically comfy bed and items already in situ, ie extra handwash, dishwasher tablets, etc, very handy! Anna was great with check-in and information for stay. Great to have local Chiringuito, Spinosa Bar and Restaurant on doorstep overlooking Mar Menor. All-in-all a lovely stay plus great value for money too😊
Disliked: 15 minute walk to supermarket which wasn’t an issue for us, but might be for some. Blackout curtains would be helpful, the pool lights at night were visible through the voiles. My husband was badly bitten a couple of nights but partly our fault as forgot to plug mosquito device in! So be prepared for that
