  Liked: Regarding the Guayero building, the assessment should be based on the individual apartments, not just the Guayero itself. The standard of the apartments in this building varies significantly. I lived in apartment number 11 and what I write next concerns this apartment. The apartment's furnishings were adequate, and anything missing was promptly purchased.

  Disliked: There were two major problems. First problem: The description indicated the apartment consisted of a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. Unfortunately, I didn't notice in the photos that the bedroom wasn't a separate room, but rather part of the living room, separated by a curtain. I believe that in such a case, it should be illegal to claim there's a living room and a bedroom, implying two rooms. Second problem: The lack of a separate key for the second person. This created problems with independent time management.

  Great stay in excellent location with super host

  Liked: The location is perfect it is close to all amenities and the apartment balcony is at the side of the building with a lovely view of palm trees and ocean. The apartment is compact but has everything you need and more. There is a utility room with laundry facilities. Nice private pool the water is cold which we didn’t mind. Maria the host is friendly and responds quickly to your enquiries.

  Disliked: The apartment is a little compact but does have everything you need and is reasonably priced. So no complaints from us.

  Liked: The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well appointed. The location was great, really close to the beach and restaurants. The owner was lovely and communicated really well making our stay very easy and comfortable. Thank you very much.
