  Not happy

  Liked: In the central/ closed to the beaches/ shops/ restaurants etc …. The bus station just behind the hotel which is very handy. Everywhere walking distance. If you are not staying in person if you are going to just for sleep night time only yes this hotel is for you. Swimming pool was not that big but you can still chilling

  Disliked: Well, we was there 7 pm there’s no more receptionist… they sent the email and instructions via booking.com, but no WiFi connection no mobile data at that time for me I’m not young I’m older person so I panicked to get in to hotel and hotel room. Because they sent the information while I’m on flight and when I reach to hotel my ticket home was dead! It was bad experience. Also they said they provide the towels but only every 4 days! I stayed and booked and paid for a week they won’t gave up fresh towels or room services till day number 4! On the day 4 I booked the north Tenerife tour from 8 am so I didn’t know they won’t do cleaning except from day 4! But I managed to get the new fresh towels on the day 4 but I had to cleaned the room toilet myself because they said day 4 only!!! That was not nice …. Reception 2 blokes was not helpful or kind. All they said to me was read! Oh toilet papers! They provide 1 tool only I had to asked the cleaner lady when I saw her by the lift I asked she gave me 1 only? My son was having stomach upset. I had to go to the shop to get extra toilet papers because at 2 pm daily there’s no one no staff in the hotel only security bloke who didn’t speak English or he doesn’t speak at all lol

  Met all expectations and would not hesitate to return

  Liked: Location is great, short walk to beach, restaurants and bars. Have visited before and thought the apartment was a bit tired and could do with a spruce up, but still fully functional and met expectations.

  Disliked: Don't usually visit in September when it is hot and we know there is no air con, so a fan would have been a great addition to the room.

  Liked: Great location close to all the restaurants and beaches, apartments was peaceful in the evenings.

  Disliked: Nowhere to leave your luggage or take a shower in the complex after checking out.

  Great value for money in a prime location in my opinion. Definitely worth it for a quick get away where you enjoy going

  Liked: Location was great, right by Siam water park and not far at all from a good beach and shopping etc. The pool was great and never too busy.

  Disliked: My apartment could have done with either air con or at least a ceiling fan albeit the room never got unbearable. Not an issue in my case but some people may need to know there’s no oven but does have microwave, toaster, and two hobbs.
