  Liked: View and location Communication was good and we had a trouble-free entry, with some good/clear instructions for the safe, the door boxes, and the window mechanism.

  Disliked: Beds weren't very comfortable. Walls are paper thin - there are signs around the room asking to close doors quietly - unfortunately the other residents aren't so careful. Absolutely nothing in room to get you stated. It would have been a nice gesture to leave a few sachets of coffee, some tea bags and milk, maybe sugar, a few snacks - water?. There must be lots of things purchased and left by previous visitors, but there was nothing left in apart from a pot of salt and some washing up liquid. We even had to buy bin bags for our stay. Anyone else coming, make sure you pack a few things to tie you over the first night and condiments etc. you may need but don't want to buy only to leave 90% of it You needed space training to operate the hobs (no instructions)

  Liked: The apartment was spotlessly clean, in a very good location & felt very safe with the gates leading into it, that only could be opened with a key you got from your host, the correspondence from the owner Mari was so quick no matter what time you would message her regarding anything, from the first minute you booked, couldn't have been anymore helpful, even if most of my questions were about directions to different places around us,,diffently will be back next year to the same apartments if available

  Disliked: Maybe having a second key for the gate, pool & bedroom, for us, would have been handy as we sometimes did different things during the day & we'd have to arrange to come back to the complex together as only one set of keys,to get in through gates & into the pool or apartment

  Our first time in Tenerife and we loved it. Mari called apartment to make sure all was ok and

  Disliked: We didn’t like the fact that a taxi would meet us at the airport, but no taxi, we had to pay for one 35 euros, then we were met by a lady who never spoke any English so had no idea about taxi and were we in a different apartment, We had a lovely week there but when we left we couldn’t put the keys in the lock outside the door as you gave us the number of the apartment we never stayed in, we had to leave the door unlocked with the key on the table, it caused me a lot problems, I was going away with my daughter and granddaughter as my husband died four months ago and they decided we all needed time to reflect, it wasn’t the best start to to holiday,
