  Liked: The apartment is located in a very convenient location. There are two swimming pools in the complex, including one for children. The area is very quiet and safe. The apartment is very well maintained, clean, warm, and has a very well-equipped kitchen. The TV and internet work perfectly. The bedding is clean and fresh-smelling. The owner is very helpful with all matters, and communication is quick and efficient. The apartment offers a view of the ocean and the beautiful surrounding mountains. Only a 5-minute walk to a sandy beach. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment

  A very enjoyable stay

  Liked: The apartment was very equipped with everything we needed for an enjoyable stay with lovely view of mountains and sea.

  Disliked: Loud music from the bars across the street from early evening till late at night.

  View was great

  Liked: Location great. Was clean & view was great.

  Disliked: Lifts had intermittent faults so scary to use. There were many keys but no direction for use. Would have liked instructions for the oven etc. A toaster also useful

  Fabulous. Would come back!

  Liked: We absolutely loved our stay at Costa Mar 81. The apartment was clean and very well equipped. The location is fantastic. Only a short walk from the main promenade and in a quieter area than the rest of the main strip. We had everything we needed for our stay. Beach towels, dishwasher tablets, bin bags, etc. There was even a beach umbrella and a baby high chair if anyone coming with the kids. The view from the balcony was lovely and we enjoyed sitting there with a coffee or a drink and watch the world goes by. The pool area was kept clean and tidy, water was always warm and there wasn’t too many people around it so it was never crowded. Air con worked perfectly and wasn’t too loud. You could login to streaming platforms on TV. The contact with the owner was great and he always replied quickly. We would definitely come back in the future without hesitation.
