Exceptional
Host was very nice,great location,just very noisy at night
Disliked: Noise during the nights.0
Liked: Great friendly host. Amazing location, everything is reachable by foot, but also a free parking in front of the main entrance, though might be full in the beach time. The beach is directly there and a very nice one, perfect to swim, much less waves than in playa de las americas and a nice sand. The apartment is rather small, but still a very good value for its money.

Quite nice apt, despite you are in the centre of active life

Disliked: Nothing wrong with the property but the street noise was load. But this is probably what I would expect with the location.
Good value for money, very well positioned
Liked: Very close to the beach 1-2 min walk, shopping center supermarket. You could find anything at pretty much 10 min walk. Laura was also great. Also all the facilities worked perfectly.
Disliked: The apartment needs a renovation, it's outdated, also most of the furniture looks like it had a hard life and like it's second hand. It would have been nice to have some dish wash detergent at least. The worst part was the noise in the establishment, all the time people moved furniture, drilling holes, grinding or cutting with angle grinder, I think it was quiet for 10 min max.
