  stayed here 1-8 oct very nice apartment,all the facilities as described and more

  Liked: just back from 8 days in oct 26 at this apartment, very nice apt all the facilities as described and more, a spacious one bedroom apt, bed very comfortable, air conditioning worked without fault, Wifi fast, pool area clean and never too busy, a poolside bar which serves food also, a mixture of owners and renters at poolside all very pleasant. A central location was ideal, minutes walk from pasarela center and all the surrounding bars and restaurants. would highly recommend

  Liked: Responsive host. Great location. Comfy bed. Nice balcony with sun in morning/early afternoon. Plenty of sun beds at pool. Good shower

  Perfect and exactly what was needed

  Liked: Our room was overlooking the pool which was perfect, being able to have a coffee on the balcony with the sunrise was excellent and having a great view of the mountains. Property was lovely and clean and the bed so comfortable it was hard to leave. Very nice touch with the Xmas tree as we visited in Dec ☺️

  Disliked: Some bars played music into the night but this was negligible at best

  Liked: I can definitely recommend these apartments to travellers. Especially Victoria, who was in contact with us from the moment we booked until our departure. We liked the Guest Guide, which provides comprehensive information about places to visit, beaches and shops. In addition to this information, Victoria responded quickly to our requests. The apartments have everything you need for a comfortable stay: dishes, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster, a washing machine, a large refrigerator, and towels for both the room and the beach. There is also a pleasant area with a swimming pool, everything is neat and clean. The location of the apartment is very convenient, close to all locations - beaches, shops, restaurants. I can recommend renting a car from Hermanns, which is a 15-minute walk from the apartment - the whole process took 10 minutes, the prices are affordable (30 euros per day for a Fiat 500), and there is full insurance without any deposits. In addition to cars, you can get around by bus, which runs very frequently and to various locations (route 40 goes to Tenerife South Airport, by the way, and costs €3.20 per passenger). We would also like to thank Roman, who met us and kept in touch with us throughout our holiday. For the first time in all our travels, our expectations were fully met, and the 9.6 rating from Booking is completely accurate. I wish Hermitage Homes SML a 10 rating in the future.
