pleasant and brings a slight improvement

Liked: It was well-equipped and very comfortable, with a nice view.

Disliked: The sofa was quite dirty and lacked a cover, there was hair in the bathroom, and we even found shoes that didn't belong to us.

Liked: Great location, great rooms. Need a card to enter the complex. If a push chair this entails hoping the member of staff is on the desk to buzz you in. As a pram wont go through the turnstyle. This could be avoided by providing the pin for the glass doors..... feel place is under staffed the large fella that checks you in also takes you to your room. You will also see him clearing the pool at 8pm the man should be 6 stone the amount he does. Overall, great time had, good value for money but a few tweaks needed 👌

Disliked: Understaffed. Didn't receive my deposit back as their card machine wasn't working.

  Relaxing holiday. Comfy bed

Liked: I love the complex. I e been many times before.

Disliked: No air con and no fans at all. It really does need a fan in both rooms. Also a parasol on the terrace.

Liked: Good position, parking just in front, big apartment, overall facility is very good and functional.

Disliked: Wifi not working well, Tv not connecting, no extra rubbish bag, no cleaning of the room, no body soap, not basic cooking thing for be in an apartment (salt for example which we bought together with pepper and oil), no product for the dishwasher (we bought it and left it but I am sure the administration will just take it).
