  Liked: The apartment and complex were immaculately clean and well looked after. The view from our balcony overlooking the pool area, and also a view of the sea. What really made our stay so nice, were all the little extras in the apartment, including toiletries and pool/beach towels. Cleaning products even the dish cloths looked like they had been newly brought for us. The apartment had 2 TV's, a fully equipped kitchen including an oven and microwave, also a washing machine. There was a charge for the air conditioning, although we didn't use it as we found the two fans very effective. Communication with the hosts was very easy, and answered quickly to any questions we had.

  Perfect litle apartment very close to the beach

  Liked: Location the best, apartment clean comfy and nice. Nothing missing in the aparment, plenty off everything you need. The balcony nice and the swimming pool as well. You could almost walk directly to the beach from the hotel.

  Disliked: The pool bar closed all weekend and close super early on monday. Very hard to get parking space. None of this in any control of our host.

  Really pleasant stay in Tenerife Royal Gardens - definitely would recommend to stay there

  Liked: Well equiped apartment in a really nice apartment complex with bottle of prosecco in fridge as an invitation. Even though, there wasnt cleaning service during our stay, bathroom had everything ready for us (shower gel, shampoo, sun cream, aftersun lotion) Bed in bedroom and sofa in living room were really spacious and comfortable Really nice view on hotel swimming pool and also on the ocean Easy handing of the keys + option to park in the apartment garage Location is amazing, couple of steps from beaches with so many restaurants and shops around

  Disliked: No room service during our stay, but as for apartment i wasnt expecting that, so no complaint

  A fabulous stay, very clean! Great communication with the organisers/owners. We didn’t have a kettle initially howev

  Liked: Everything was so easy about this property booked. Contacted via WhatsApp with all the details. If we had any questions we were able to use this method of contact and messages were replied to quickly. Shower was also so powerful and hot!

  Disliked: Overall everything was great, if anything I prefer a softer mattress and pillows but that’s my own preference.

  Great location. Clean and well maintained property

  Liked: The property was clean and centrally located. The pool was clean and relaxing. Anna, our host was very helpful and friendly!

  Disliked: The bathroom and bedroom are all the one area. May not be an easy place if a couple isn’t staying. The pool bar wasn’t open regularly but wasn’t much of a problem for us as there was loads of bars and restaurants within walking distance
