  Good location, good facilities and responsive host

  Liked: Location, facilities, host quick response to queries, proximity to both beach and public, lots of local cafes and supermarkets

  Disliked: There is only 1 aircon in the master bed. Would be nice to have aircon in both rooms

  Liked: We really enjoyed staying in these apartments. You are only a 7-minute walk from Los Cristianos Beach and Las Vistas Beach. The route goes through a pleasant street with small shops, with no hills or stairs. From the balcony, which can be accessed from all rooms, there is a beautiful view of the mountains and the city, and partially the ocean from one side. It is very nice to have breakfast at the balcony table in the first morning sunlight. It is also convenient to have dinner in the living room by the panoramic windows, enjoying the view. The apartment has everything needed for cooking: a stove, oven, large refrigerator, kettle, coffee machine, and all necessary kitchenware. There is also a washing machine, a place to dry clothes, two irons, and a hairdryer. Towels are provided for the body, face, and beach. There is also air conditioning, but we did not use it as it was enough to simply ventilate the rooms before sleeping. Nearby there are nice shops with reasonable prices, and a free parking area about a 4-minute walk away, where we always found a spot. It was quiet and comfortable to sleep, the beds are very comfortable, and the shutters completely block out the light. The apartment was very clean and tidy. We would like to thank the host for the pleasant bonuses such as coffee, tea, sweets, new dishwashing supplies, and shower gel for the first day. Clear and easy check-in instructions were provided, as well as a video guide explaining important details of the apartment. It is very convenient that no keys are needed for entry, as there is a code lock. There is also an elevator in the building. We highly recommend this accommodation and would gladly return again.

  Excellent apartment and location

  Liked: Check in process was very smooth and communication was great throughout. Alejandro provided a tour of the apartment and facilities as well as useful recommendations for the area including food, activities, and general information. There is no parking spot included but information on free and paid parking spaces was provided. We were lucky to always be able to find some public parking relatively close to the flat based on the recommendations from Alejandro. Other touches like providing some tea and coffee and beach towels was much appreciated! Location was also perfect- close to the south airport, close to the beach, and a great base to explore the island for our first time visiting!

  Fantastic, well presented and spacious top floor apartment, with balcony views out to the hills

  Liked: Alejandro greeted us outside to give us a tour of the apartment. He was also able to provide us with recommendations for local restaurants and the surrounding area. Communication via messaging was prompt and courteous. The apartment itself sits at the very top (5th floor) of the building, and is accessed by elevator, with no connecting walls to any other apartment, so there were no concerns about noisy neighbours. The balcony is an 'L' shape and covers two sides of the apartment, with direct access to the two bedrooms and the living/kitchen space. Little touches like a bottle of water and coffee for the Nespresso were much appreciated. So too were the dish clothes, soap and sponges for the kitchen. Beach towels were also provided, so saved on bag space or having to buy them on arrival.

  Liked: The apartment is highly recommended.👌The host, Alejandro, is very kind and helpful, and stays in touch with you😊. The location is great,close to the beach, close to the airport. Both bus and taxi options are available. The bus is €3.70 per person (number 40). A taxi to the airport for five people cost €27. So, I highly recommend this place. We will definitely be back.
