  Definitely worth it

  Liked: A very good holiday flat. Two bedrooms, a large kitchen, two bathrooms with showers (and two toilets). Ideal for friends with children or a family of four. Clean. Nice. Pleasant. Plus a beautiful private terrace. And on top of that, a washing machine and dishwasher. Very well equipped - dishes, coffee machine, oven, grill. The owner is very approachable. Clear information about check-in and check-out. We will return to the same place. And I will recommend it to all my family and friends. Definitely worth it.

  Enjoyable

  Liked: Perfect location with parking not that close - hit & miss whether you managed a space.

  Disliked: For its rental, a fan at least should have been at the property. It was overbearingly hot inside. Whilst the roof terrace was perfect, the balcony was inadequate for four people to admire the fantastic view.

  cozy apartment with fantastic views from roof terrace

  Liked: Great apartment with a superbly equipped kitchen. Not ultra-modern, but still very cozy and comfortable. The highlight was the rooftop terrace with a fantastic view of the ocean, Los Gigantes — the amazing cliffs to the north — and even Mount Teide. We didn’t use the grill, but it looked great.

  Disliked: There was occasionally a smell resembling sewage, which might have been due to other apartments in the building being unoccupied at the time (possibly because of the low season).

  Tourist trap

  Liked: Close to the beach, nice view

  Disliked: When we entered our child got a layer of dust on his knees straight away, there was missing towel for 1 person and there were left dirty clothes of other guests. The next day the sink started to leak, when plumber finally came, we had to ask once again to clean the mess of damp and wet cardboards. Electricity went down a couple of times, there were ants in the kitchen. During the weekend you can hear a lot of noise from the beach area - clubs playing music, motorcycles. On top of that the hosts tried to frame us into breaking tv or sofa which didn’t happen since we never touched the tv and took photos of property when leaving. To sum it up this apartment is old, needs renovation and the team responsible for it is dishonest. The owner said „it’s Africa, not Paris”, when I mentioned low service quality, well for €150 a night I would expect a safe and clean place to stay

  Excellent place for a family. Best location in the town for a two weeks stay

  Liked: There are two bathrooms. If you have teenage daughter you what I mean. Solarium is excellent! Easy to park nearby, fantastic location, near our favorite beach. Well equipped.

  Disliked: It has the loudest washing machine I have ever seen. Turn on, and go to the beach would be my suggestion:)
