  Very good location, decent view form balcony, lot to do with walk distance, good value for money

  Liked: Location is very good, 5min walking to all amenitites needed, beach, restaurants, fair walk distance to Los Gigantes, natural swiming pool. nice little black sand beach and view from balcony to enjoy a nice breakfast.. Nice Irish pub near by were you can play pool, live music, etc, loads of restaurantes nearby to choose from.

  Disliked: not a big deal, in our opnion mattres could have been better(i even nocked my leg on the bed frame couple os times as the matress are near same level as the bed frame). We also found pellows too hard, but that is personal opnion. For those "summer scape" places an aircon would also be some great advantege but the fan provided did the job.

  Truly the best place to stay in western Tenerife

  Liked: + the view was as described - we really fell in love with it;) + the beach is super close, less than a minute from the apartment by foot + safe, enclosed parking spot + apartment itself has all the basic commodities You could want in such place + host is super helpful, we received countless instructions, support and a welcome gift + countless shops and restaurants nearby, and yet the apartment is located in a quiet area + excellent spot for expeditions either north or south without crowds of tourists and traffic like in other similar size cities on Tenerife

  Disliked: - the biggest improvement would be to add a AC unit; as the apartment is directly sunlit for around half a day, the temperature can get super hot. For us it wasn’t an issue as we were outside all day, but it’s something to keep in mind when staying. - a small improvement would be to add a small dishwasher, but its lack is rather a small inconvenience rather than a real issue. Other than AC - there are really no visible complaints, for that price and with that view - it’s the best bang for Your buck in Tenerife.

  Excellent stay in a less touristic area

  Liked: Looks exactly like the pictures. Well renovated, nice view (except maybe the building lower in front) and close to everything. Also clear instructions and friendly staff, good pressure in the shower and coffee machine:) There was also a free parking in the street but I guess it could be more tricky in a busy period.

  Great location, well maintained apartment with a panoramic view, nice pool

  Liked: The apartment was well maintained, with a well equipped kitchen, and the balcony had a panoramic view. The complex was very quiet, and the bed was comfortable, so we slept soundly - the pool area was beautiful with lovely landscaped beds with succulents and cacti. The location could not be better. The staff were extremely kind and allowed us to check in early and to check out late. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

  Disliked: The only thing unpleasany was a sewage smell coming from the toilet, especially in the mornings. it is also in the lobby area, This needs to be brought to the attention of the manager of the complex. It is by no means the host's fault. This was also mentioned in another review.

  Good location for exploring the west and north of the island in a quieter beach resort

  Liked: The instructions and communications from the hosts were excellent - all very simple and clear. The view was good (albeit I think the "amazing" in the title is perhaps a stretch!). You can see La Gomera, and even La Palma on a clear day. Location was great - near to supermarket (HiperDino) and plenty of restaurants (albeit the quality of some of them are a bit hit and miss). Easy to get back onto main road (Alcala can be a bit slow) and either go North to Los Gigantes / North coast, into Teide National Park, or south towards Los Cristianos etc. Easy to park in the street, or in the locked car park (key included with the room) if required, which are next to the apartments.

  Disliked: The apartment is strictly "non-smoking" - but the next door neighbour had a penchant for smoking on his balcony, which meant their fumes were blowing into our apartment (had to shut the balcony doors). The storage facilities were a little sparse (very little wardrobe hanging space and shelves/drawers for other clothes) - so this could possibly be improved. The bed mattress is very thin / hard - appreciate it is personal taste - but a more comfortable bed would be nice. The hot water system does take a long time to warm up - so unless you are very quick - 2 consecutive (hot) showers are not an option. Just need to wait about 30 minutes between showers to give it time to heat up again.
