Liked: The location of the apartment was good, however the overall condition of the property did not meet expectations. Most of the furniture was very old, worn out, and not in good condition. Several items appeared already used heavily and poorly maintained at the time of check-in. We left the apartment clean, removed all trash, and handed it over properly on check-out day. No issues or damages were reported at that time. Unfortunately, a damage payment request was sent days after check-out without any explanation, description, or evidence, which was disappointing and unfair. I believe the property requires renovation and better maintenance to avoid such situations in the future.
