  We will remember with sadness the sunsets that we met on the balcony every evening while drinking local dry wine. This r

  Liked: The ideal location of the apartments is only 300 metres (1 minute walk) to the perfect bay with a beach. And a beautiful view from the window every evening at the sunset in the ocean. An ideal apartment where you can't feel the heat even during the day. Perfect cleanliness throughout the apartment and especially important in the shower room! Great administration and staff, who were always in touch during check-in and check-out and always told me where the dishes are or where you can rent a car. I will definitely stay here again if we return to Tenerife again. Ideal apartment for a young couple.

  Absolutely the worst apartment on earth

  Liked: Nothing it was the worst place I have ever stayed. I do not recommend this to anyone

  Disliked: The stay at Seguro apartments was appalling!.. we were met by a very aggressive speaking lady who wanted to control the conversation and stamp authority onto us immediately.. she started by saying that there was no hot water and that they would be in to do work the next day.. when I asked if another apartment was available she told she would cancel the booking there and then and leave us at 7.30pm without any booking! We had no choice but to stay.. we had no hot water and then had to vacate the apartment to allow workers in to replace the boiler which was broken. Not only that the lock on balcony door was broken and we couldn’t secure the property! The WiFi was not working! Cockroaches in the bedroom. No AC in the apartment 10% was offered back for the trouble. But this was only words as we have not received anything from them. The cleaner who was there to witness the aggressive woman who bullied us. Was mortified. She kindly offered to get some wine for the fridge to offer something for us I de escalated the aggressive conversation by agreeing to just stay in the apartment and then leave the apartment the next day for work to be carried out. Absolute disgrace! I will be circulating this review on all my social media platforms to inform everyone about the treatment we received.

  Exceptional

  Liked: The host Natalya was very kind and helpfull; Location of the Seguro Sol, everithing is very close and convinient; Terrace; Size of the apartement for a Family 2 weeks is perfect; I just recommend and come back next december!:)

  Disliked: No heated pool in the property, not even the child? I don't understand, it's just some solar panels needs to implement in those island where the sun is almost 365 days? And some small supplementary which is not a big investements:: More smaller local lights for example reading book in the bed, Additional local lights in the kitchen example a neon LED lights above the kitchen desk, Handle on the door, Some tablecloths, Repair the washmashine door, Several kitchen equipment, dishes would be great,
