    Excellent As Always

Liked: Everything was as good as it always is, shower pressure was great, the shower grab handle was a great bonus, the large fans in the rooms were excellent, cool morning start on the balcony and catch the last rays of the sun in the evening. The bed was large and comfortable, the storage in the bedroom was great, as was the storage in the kitchen area. Very large fridge freezer and a good sized dining table. Pool loungers are the best I've ever come across, the pool bar is excellently situated, reception manned by excellent people as well. The restaurant is now Spanish, stunning steaks, so good I came back for another one. Great location for getting a bus to other places, and also if you want to wander into the small town.

Disliked: The place needs a bit of better TLC in places, especially all the wood, like doors, flower bed edgings etc. The maintenance team needs to up their game when it comes to painting, their cutting in is abysmal as is their sealing mastic work. Only entertainment on one night, which was a tad disappointing tbh.

I have stayed at the Harbour Club a few times now in both Phase 1 and 2. I like both

Liked: The Harbour Club 1 is ideally suited for the facilities in Los Gigantes. It's a two minute walk to the town square and the bars and resturants. The pool area has a very chilled atmosphere and the bar is very good. The duplex apartments have a fantastic roof terrace, which gets the sun for the whole day and have great views across to La Gomera.

Disliked: The ground floor of the duplex apartments with the bedrooms and the bathroom is a bit dark. And the shower has one of those curtains that cling to your body like a long-lost lover. Neither are major issues though.

Excellent- only downside was wall in front of terrace

Liked: Overlooking sea, pool close by. Close to harbour, shops and supermarket. Excellent helpful staff and very clean apartment

Disliked: Terrace was in a good location but the wall in front of it prevented any view of the sea/sunset. Not sure why wall was so high!

Nice stay but wouldn’t book here again as not as stated on booking.com

Liked: Clean, comfortable, nice pool and bar area

Disliked: This was phase II. I was under the impression it was phase I and at no time was I informed that this property was virtually inaccessible for anyone with mobility issues. Very, very steep hill and steps to climb, no lifts and very difficult to negotiate. Even younger couples voiced their opinions regarding this location.

Would 100% stay here again and recommend to anyone

Liked: The apartment was brilliant. The view was amazing and the terrace just spot on with table chairs and the right amount of loungers for us. There was absolutely everything you could possibly need in the apartment. Iron, mop, fruit bowl. Also they left us basics for our arrival like milk juice and water which was very well received. The bar for food and drinks and staff really good. The pool also great always able To get sun lounger and great view. Pool towels included. Hotel nice and clean.pool nice and clean and the toilet also. We had a two bedroom apartment and even the single sofa bed in the lounge was comfy.

Disliked: We arrived at 1 am and our apartment was up an incredibly steep hill and there was building work with a tarpaulin over the apartment sign. We searched for an hour and a half to find the room but would never have found it if another family arrived and joined us to search. We had a map but it wasn’t pinned correctly. The towels for the pool only get changed once a week which is gross. I understand for the environment and cost saving however it wasnt great. The pool bar and restaurant close so early and we specifically booked as it had the bar for the evening, and it’s closed down. If they could keep the pool bar open to the evening that would be really good. Thankfully other bars and restaurants not far but we would have spent a lot of time at the hotel if it wasn’t closed. The hill is VERY steep / or there are lots of steps.
