  Beautiful hotel

  Liked: A beautiful hotel with the added bonus of a visit to the Cullinarium for the tasting menu which was incredible breakfast was superb and the views incredible all in all a brilliant stay I

  Liked: Rooms were big but could do with updating. Good poolside facilities. Great location. Shampoo and conditioner not provided. You have to put down a deposit for towels and the safe in your room and can only get these back at the end of the week. Food is as expected. Overall great for a chilled holiday without luxury.

  Liked: l hotel est vieillissant; le lavabo était bouché, la chasse d eau fuyait, le bois était gondolé autour de la porte de la salle de bain, pas de couette sur le lit on a eu froid la nuit, des poils non à nous ont été trouvés, pas assez de linge de toilette pour 3 nuits, le personnel est sans extra, le matin à 6h30 le personnel est horrible, pas souriant, pas aimable, dur d avoir de la confiture!!, sinon hotel bien placé, mais parking trop petit, extérieurs top, et soirées festives, au final c est très moyen mais on a eu de bonnes vacances à Tenerife
