  Enjoyable and quiet villa with more than enough to do

  Liked: Villa facilities make it a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location feels safe for a group of adults/ young adults and has a lovely view of the ocean. The garden area of the villa has plenty of seating options to accommodate the whole group. A vast variety of kitchen and cleaning equipment provided.

  Disliked: Outdated welcome pack, awning was out of use and minor maintenance needed but nothing to really complain about. CCTV does NOT work unless alarm is set apparently, so be mindful.

  Poor. Would not book again and feel really disappointed that we spent so much on something so poor

  Liked: Washing machine and tumble dryer were good. Fridge/freezer was also good.

  Disliked: The oven did not work the whole fortnight. Erica would not come and see us and refused to get us a counter top oven which would have given us some some chance of cooking during our stay. The kitchen sink was cracked and leaked into the cupboard below. The kitchen bin was broken and took a week to replace. The kitchen cooking knives were blunt, The frying pans were all scratched and most had loose handles. A lot of the crockery was chipped. The instructions for the awnings were incorrect and someone had to come and work out how to use them. Swimming pool was not cleaned the whole fortnight we were there and I had remove all the leaves and plastic that was in the pool drains. The hot tub was also not cleaned and had a green line around the waterline. The rails around the front of the property were very rusted at the bottom and rattled around if you leant on them (personally I think someone could lean on them and fall into the street when they collapse) There is not screening on the rails so it feels as if you are always on show which is even worse as the you have two Racket ball courts directly opposite which are in use 6 days a week from 8am until 10pm which obviously is noisy, Some of the the tiles in the pool were loose. The pool shower barely worked and the tiles were also cracked and there were cigarette butts in the bottom. Slats were broken on a lot of the screen doors and the patio door in the living room does not lock. Clearly displayed in the property it says Erica is available 24 hours a day. When we went to the hotel, where we had to collect the keys, to complain they said the couldn't contact Erica as it was a Sunday and she doesn't work on a Sunday> As we told you when we were there we want to receive a sizeable cash refund from the owners off our booking price as they did not fulfil their obligations. We go to a villa as we do not go out at night and like to cook in and enjoy the villa otherwise we would stay in a hotel at a lesser cost.
