Very expensive and one star standard
Liked: Nothing...we had a view of a wall and a rubbish bin the room had three beds in it hardly room for 2 it was dirty..tiles cracked on the bathroom floor... parking 18 euros a night and very expensive

Liked: I really liked 2 things: - LOCATION (absolutely amazing - 10/10). Even I knew from the beginning that I will not have a sea view room, the bacony from city view room has a partial view of the sea... which is amazing. The hotel is in the most beautiful place of the city. Is the diamond of the ring. Very close to the beach, port, bars and restaurants, supermarket, walking pathway... I can't stress enough location and the dominance of the hotel as architecture is amazing. - STAFF. I really loved the staff. They were very friendly, open and warm. Although the language is problematic sometimes even in the reception for complicated issues... I'll give 10/10 to the staff...
Disliked: It's a long time since I made an admonitory review, I'm really sad to do it for this hotel, but I need to tell the truth: 1. This hotel is late with the full renovation like decades!!! Management! you need to do something about it! 2. For the level of the shabbiness that you find in the hotel, the price I paid for the stay seemed to me way too much... I'll give some details... In the room everything except mattresses was very old and beaten. Chair comfortable but stained, beaten. The desk - old. One drawing on the wall and it was fallen from passepartout, the lampshade was broken. Going to the bathroom - the bathroom dor was rubbing against the floor making a strange noise, the porcelain bowl that collected water for the toilet was broken and glued together. Shabby bathtub, bathroom aluminium window didn't close. Still had a bidet... and 2 sinks. If we talk about cleaning, there were serious problems there too. I don't think it was because of the staff because I interacted with the cleaning ladie every day and they seemed ok. I think they are understaffed and the cleaning suffers... I'll give you examples... the carpet in the room was long overdue for washing. The room only had 2 cardboard cups in the bathroom that I found full of hair from a previous customer who shaved... the walls were dirty. The cleaning ladies came every day to clean the room after lunch when I was resting. I didn't put up the "do not disturb" sign precisely because I needed fresh towels and to pick the trash. During my stay, my room was never cleaned due to the "siesta" hours the cleaning girls came at. What I described about the room is extrapolated to the entire hotel as far as I saw it... shabby, dirty, you always want to wash your hands after touching something... The elevator... needs to be replaced! It's from the 80's I believe! I avoided using it because I lived on a lower floor.
Leaky ceilings, unhelpful staff, tired decor, but good location. Overpriced and not a 4 star
Liked: Good location. Dogs allowed with €20 per night supplement.
Disliked: Leaky ceiling, making bed wet, that wasn’t fixed, and they didn’t switch rooms for us, and they didn’t give us a reduction in the price. Facilities are run down and tired. Definitely not 4 star, it’s a tired 3 star at best. When we checked in they said dog supplement was €10 per night, but upon checkout they said it was €20 per night.
Liked: It is right on seafront and near all lively restaurants and bars. Great for a one night stop or week's break.
