Exceptional
Nice place to stay, in a charming little coastal town
Liked: Location, rooms, bathrooms
Disliked: everyhing was fine
Good place in the town of Luarca
Liked: The apartments were very clean and comfortable. It was spacious and in a good location. Public parking is 5 min walk away.
Disliked: We did not get the code for wifi. As there was no formal check in or staff we could not ask anyone. We messaged them but received no response. But since we were only there for one night it wasn't a big problem.

Disliked: Toilet not clean and not sure about bed linen.
Liked: Apartment clean and well located. Room size fine.
Disliked: The lack of air conditioning or even a fan made comfortable sleeping an issue. The apartment is on a busy road so sleeping with the balcony door open not an option. The bed was also poorly constructed or selected for the flooring so it shook every time a person rolled over or even moved. I can't say I would recommend this apartment.

Great location and comfortable but needs an instruction manual for guests
Liked: The property is very well located. We stayed in the apartment at the top which was beautifully refurbished into two very spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and comfortable beds, a living/dining space and a small kitchen. There was also a lift which made it much easier to take luggage upstairs and a “common area” at the entrance to the building.
Disliked: The apartment would benefit from an instructions manual, especially for the complicated and odd lighting system, with a mixture of automatic and manual settings, which made the apartment quite dark. It is touch-style on/off system that turns on a different set of lights in each room at each touch with very little control over turning on the lights you actually want. When I asked for help with understanding the lighting system, the person was unhelpful and a bit rude. Although the apartment can fit 5-6 people, this is the kitchen and dining area aren’t fit for more than 4 as there are only 4 chair and the kitchen is very small with little space for drying dishes or cooking comfortably.
