Fabulous
Liked: Clean apartment, nice view. Narrow street, we were lucky to find parking near the apartment.
Disliked: Even though checkin is very late at 6 pm, when we arrived at 6, they were still cleaning and told us it takes another 20 minutes. We were able to deposit part of our bags, but ended up waiting on the street in front of the apartment till 6.30. Then, we entered, but since the floors were wet and the cleaning staff was still running around trying to finish everything,, we had to wait another 5-10 minutes, hungry and tired after a long day of traveling. This ruined the overall experience, unfortunately.
Pleasant apartment right next to the town centre
Liked: Great location - on the Camino & 2 mins from the town centre. Nice space, lovely bedding simply but well equipped. Easy access with key box.
Disliked: The windows are single-glazing and despite it being in a small side street, the city noise is very audible. We were on the top floor (Apt 3), it can get warm in the attic bedrooms.
Liked: It has 2 bathrooms and great views from the flat.
Disliked: The upstairs got hot.

Spacious and well equipped 3 bed apartment in centre of Luarca
Liked: Very close to everything. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus kitchen/diner and living room. Great views from both sides of the apartment.
Disliked: No wifi was a deficit. New sofas would improve the property. There is a surprising amount of traffic noise from the front at night.
