  Liked: I would especially like to highlight the excellent communication: we had all the necessary information about checking into the accommodation already the day before our arrival. We received quick responses to all of our questions. The accommodation fully matched the description. There were five of us, and we had plenty of space; it was comfortable and in a great location, very close to the metro, shops, and cafés.

  Disliked: There was nothing like that.

  Overall, the stay was very pleasant

  Liked: The apartment is very close to Oporto Metro Station, not more than 3 min walking. Communication with the hosts was smooth and efficient throughout. They sent us clear instructions prior to our arrival, which was very helpful and a positive aspect of our stay. However, the link we were asked to download in order to access the building did not work at any point for both travelers. Fortunately, helpful neighbors assisted us in entering the building, and after that we were able to access the apartment without further difficulty. Inside the apartment, there was a key for the building’s main entrance, which we used for the remainder of our stay. However, there was only one key provided, even though we were two guests, which caused some minor inconvenience.

  Disliked: It might be helpful to consider adding a few small kitchen items, such as kitchen towels and a dish rack for drying washed dishes. Additionally, having a good-quality kitchen knife would be a nice touch. These are minor details, but they could make the stay even more comfortable and convenient for guests.

  Liked: Everything we needed, very comfy bed and walking distance from our gig venue and 2 minute walk to the metro....

  Disliked: Somewhat confusing on how to get into main door, probably just us, but once in (via a resident) we easily got into apartment to find front door key.

  Good location but too many issues

  Liked: Location was good. I stayed here for my friends birthday

  Disliked: Worst check in instructions I ever had. They expect you to stand outside and buzz the empty apartment you’re staying in to be let in? Then one key provided n won’t have us. Left my expensive trimmer but they won’t respond after I checkout. During the stay if you have any issues you get passed on from one person to another but with no solution. Aircon works but one room gets super cold and other one not at all. Bed in small room isn’t comfortable. If u fill coffee machine it leaks all over the counter. Main door lock is not attached properly

  Nice place to stay, very clean and helpful caretaker

  Liked: The place was very clean and enough facilities for us. Very comfortable to stay and highly recommended for other to try.

  Disliked: The process of checking in was quite tricky. The online app and keyless system doesn't work so well. We got help from good Samaritan who help us until we reach to the apartment unit.
