  Liked: Fabulous location within walking distan̈ce to many attractions. Apartment fully equipped and adequate for short stays. Owner very hospitable and helpful.

  Disliked: Constant excavation work going on outside ( but shielded from noise inside ) Future paving will be good.

  Liked: Unique renovation of inner city apartment

  Disliked: The view & noise of building site from one set of French doors, the view of dilapidated apartment block from other French doors The entrance to the Apartment is a regular spot for ladies soliciting All in all this is very much living like the locals,colourful, noisy & never dull

  Right in the centre of grand Madrid

  Liked: Juan's excellent recommendations and his beautiful apartment with absolutely everything you could need. The excellent soundproofing was tested while we were there and it dealt with most of the roadwork outside very well indeed.

  Disliked: Everything was good. A little more quiet in the mornings would have been good, but there was no way the road excavations could have been planned for and the soundproofing was amazing.
