Exceptional
Fantastic location, great apartment
Liked: The size of the apartment was greater. Lots of storage
Disliked: It could be noisy from outside particularly on the Sunday morning as there is a venue across the road that was open until 6am
A very comfortable room in a superb location with very helpful staff
Liked: Super-convenient location and excellent facilities in the room. I love the washing machine which is particularly useful for a slightly longer stay. All the utensils you need if you wish to prepare some easy meals. We had all our breakfasts in the room. There’s room cleaning every day, which I didn’t expect.
Disliked: There’s no separate temperature control in the room (as far as I can work out).

Disliked: The apartment was definitely missing a wardrobe, hooks or shelves for clothing.
Nice stay in the center of Madrid
Liked: The location was absolutely amazing - just a 5-minute walk to Sol and Gran Vía. There are plenty of great restaurants and bars right around the corner. Despite being right in the heart of the city center, it was incredibly quiet because the apartment is tucked away on a side street, so we had no trouble relaxing. The apartment itself was very clean. On top of that, the breakfast provided was excellent and a fantastic way to start the day. We enjoyed our stay.
Disliked: Our apartment was on a lower floor and felt quite dark inside, as most of the windows faced the back of the building and a parking entrance. Additionally, while the flooring was perfectly clean, it was quite outdated and showed noticeable damage. Finally, because we were placed in an accessible apartment, the bathroom sink was located out in the bedroom rather than inside the bathroom itself, which we found a bit awkward and uncomfortable.
