  Bed configuration incorrect, lovely apartment otherwise

  Disliked: The room configuration is incorrect We went as four males for four beds (advertised as six beds - two doubles, two singles and a bunk bed) and got two double beds.

  Disliked: Communication with the staff at AmazINN Collection Madrid Amor de Dios was exceptionally difficult. No valid contact email address was provided, and the check-in instructions were incomplete: we received access codes without any indication of which apartment each code corresponded to, and no door key was supplied. Only after repeated telephone calls did someone finally answer and clarify the access arrangements. After long flights and a full day of travel without rest, the very least guests should expect is clear instructions and straightforward access to their accommodation. Instead, we were left waiting in the street for at least two hours, trying to obtain essential information that should have been provided before our arrival. This made an already exhausting journey unnecessarily stressful. Furthermore, despite payment having been made in August and our stays taking place in early October, we have still not received our invoices as of 26 October. There is no reliable, responsive point of contact through which to obtain them or resolve the matter. Having to repeatedly pursue such basic administrative documents, weeks after our stay and months after payment, is unacceptable and reflects a serious lack of professionalism and consideration for guests.

  Very bad experience

  Liked: I paid for a junior suite but the host changed it for a very small room without good light, practically block exterior view. Impossible to get them to change it to the already paid junior suite. This people were not friendly. The kitchen was very small, not very good place to eat.

  Disliked: I explain this before. My experience was horrible with this people.
