  Nice comfortable stay

Liked: It was quiet and places to eat were nearby. Everything worked fine in the apartment and had everything we needed

Disliked: Wish there was metro stop nearby. There was bus stops but metro would’ve been quicker

Disliked: Picture of the building door would have helped to locate correct entrance. Sound proofing of the appartement could have been better.

Liked: My parents had an amazing stay at AmazInn Places Palacio Real from September 26 to October 2. They absolutely loved it! The apartment was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities they needed to feel right at home. The location was fantastic, with easy access to public transportation, making it convenient to explore the city and enjoy everything Madrid has to offer. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and they would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Madrid. Thank you for making their stay so comfortable and enjoyable!

Liked: The location was okay with the metro close and the appartment was clean.

Disliked: -An online check-in was required but it was never send! Therefore we had to call them and talk to them approximately 50 mins before finding the codes and accessing the building. This was unacceptable -The shower near the toilet was having no slopes towards the drain, therefore after the shower the whole toilet was full of water! -Check in was at 3 in the evening but the room was not ready till 3:30

  Enjoyed my staying

  Liked: Everything

Disliked: That it didn’t have an elevator, and that no one respond the phone when need to ask questions, and that only 3 channels are visibly on the tv.
