Excellent place to stay in Madrid

Liked: The place is very spacious and clean with all modern amenities, especially for a large family. The building is very safe and secure. There are some good restaurants in the neighborhood. There is a supermarket just 0.1 miles away.

Disliked: The only thing we did not like was the lack of communication about collecting the keys from the reception prior to our arrival. It was hard to locate the place as google maps took us to the back of the building which is a huge apartment complex. Unfortunately, the host does not communicate in English. We were fortunate to have a Spanish-speaking person in our family that helped us a lot, otherwise it would have been really difficult to locate the entrance and gain entry to the building.
