  Liked: This apartment is situated in a tranquil and desirable neighborhood, only 5 minutes walk to the metro (Alsacia) and a shopping mall, ensuring convenience and comfort for everyday life. The owner, Carlos, is exceptionally friendly, professional, and approachable, always providing clear and thorough explanations. He responds promptly to messages and ensures that the apartment is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The unit is spotless, well-maintained, and beautifully organized, reflecting Carlos's dedication to quality and care. Overall, a wonderful place to stay with a caring and attentive landlord. Check-in instructions were accurate and we entered the apartment easily.

  Liked: We had an amazing stay at this apartment! The location couldn’t be better — it’s just a short distance from Madrid Airport, which made rental car return and departure super convenient. It’s also very easy to reach the city center by public transport. There’s a metro and several bus lines nearby, so getting around would be effortless. The apartment itself was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The space is well-designed, with everything you could possibly need — from a fully equipped kitchen to fast Wi-Fi and air conditioning/heating. The host was exceptional — very friendly, responsive, and helpful with local tips about restaurants, attractions, and transportation. Overall, this is the perfect place to stay if you want quick access to both the airport and Madrid’s main attractions without sacrificing comfort or convenience. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Madrid!

  Liked: Everything was great!The apartmant was fully equipped and very clean.The metro station is only 5 min walk with line 2 you can go everywhere.The host was kind and provided all information before we came. In the nerby you have supermarket, bakery, fruit shop etc.
