  The accommodation served its purpose

  Liked: It was in Madrid

  Disliked: Second bedroom actually a loft with little privacy. Shower leaked water all over the floor, no matter what we did (although there was a mop right there). Minimal towels for 4 people. There is street parking, but it is not reserved and VERY difficult to find. Car covered with ads for adult services every day. Noisy on street at night.

  Small but comfortable

  Liked: Location, very close to the metro and the palacio de vistalegre for the concert that we went to. Comfortable inside. Hot water. Air conditioning worked well. Kitchen had facilities like kettle, toaster air fryer, which I don't think was in the original listing. So added bonus!!

  Disliked: Insufficient towels. We were a party of 3 adults and a teenager and only had 2 medium towels and 2 hand towels for a 3 day stay... Broken crockery, which we reported. The shower leaked over the bathroom floor, we had no bath mat to use to help soak up the water. I was mopping within 20 minutes of being in the apartment... I was informed that the floor was waterproof! No tea towels to use in the kitchen. Second bed is situated in the ceiling/ mezzanine. So we used the sofa as a bed instead for one of us...

  Good place to for families to stay near the center of Madrid

  Liked: It's a nice apartment for a family with a pet to share when visiting Madrid. It was clean and well maintained. There were good cooking supplies in the kitchen.

  Disliked: We did not receive information about how to find the apartment and how to open the door until after we arrived and called the owner several times. It would have been better to receive the information ahead of arrival.

  Liked: The room upstairs is useless.. not anyone can use.. i booked this apartment as it has free parking outside but is impossible to park It took me one hour to find a free spot and ends walking 30 minutes to can reach the apartment The owner honestly helpful and easy to reach and apartment is clean.
