Good for young people looking for a bed. Not good for a family

Liked: It was in quiet part of town and not far from the metro.

Disliked: There were missing tiles in our room and our room was an attic space. We had to enter a door that lead to a narrow spiral staircase which led to the rooms with low ceilings at parts and doors that are barely over 5 ft tall. Not ideal for a group with elderly parents. Not bad if it’s a group of young friends.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! SKIP THIS ONE!

  Liked: Leaving!

Disliked: This had to be the worst stay in Madrid! The AC not working was reported to management 3 times for a three night stay. Management did not respond to requests for assistance. There are numerous places where you can see mold. This is an attic apartment! I am exactly 5 feet and many doorways and spaces were so low my son had to remember not to bump his head while walking throughout. There is no egress exception going down the staircase and through a labyrinth of doors to leave. I was quite worried about a fire in the lower apartments and my family could not get out! The sofa bed had so many stains from an unknown source! Plus there are no sheets for the sofa bed. It was so dirty that I refused to sit on it or place any of my items. So gross! Also, you will receive a request to share photos upon leaving to prove the apartment is left in good condition or they will “sabotage”your deposit. I do not recall leaving a deposit but paid with a cc. Be careful of door casing as numerous nailhead coverings will scrape and hurt you and little ones. I intend to contact the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Booking, and my cc. I am not happy! In addition, dirty sheets that smell. I requested a new set after day 1 and I was ignored! There is a big chunk of missing flooring that was a safety issue! Stay away! I’m still concerned about the mold I saw in the drywall, around windows and bathroom. I hope we don’t get sick! AVOID

  Great apartment! Recommended

Liked: Very decent size! Well equipped kitchen. I'll definitely go back to the apartment. The staff is very responsive on WhatsApp and professional. Definitely contact them for clear instructions about the specific location of your apartment if that wasn't communicated earlier.

Disliked: I really enjoyed my stay. It can get a bit cold in the winter but the Air conditioner helped with heating.

  Terrible

Disliked: This company ruined our holiday. They cut the electricity in the room twice and I had no heating. It was awful. Super cold and no one cared at all. I spent a lot of my time begging for them to reply to messages to come and sort out the electricity and they didn’t cared at all. I was with my daughter and still they didn’t cared. I was promised towels and toilet paper that only arrived the day before we left. I have no had a proper apology whatsoever and I want to complain formally. I had to ask my friends to call them and ask them to put the electricity back and they would hang up the phone to them. I would never recommend this place to anyone at all.
