  not to repeat

  Liked: Location

Disliked: The apartment has poor ventilation, so the odors from the kitchen become very strong. It is a shop or garage that has been converted, with a ceiling of only 1.5 meters near the bed, which is extremely uncomfortable for tall people. Finally, I requested a late check-out just to store my luggage, and I was asked to pay €60.

Dont book this if you want a stressfree holiday

  Liked: Nothing

Disliked: I booked a loft but they gave me a smaller studio and much further away from the city centre of Madrid. Be careful of booking with this company, very dodgy. My checkout was meant to be at 12 but the cleaners came in at 10.30, reason being? Because they needed to clean another apartment after mine. That should not be the customer’s problem. Very bad

  Very poor

  Liked: The apartment has potential.

Disliked: Our stay at Bernabeu Loft was significantly impacted by several issues that compromised our comfort. Upon arrival, we were disappointed to find that both the duvet cover and the quilt for the sofa bed were dirty, leaving our third guest without clean bedding. This oversight should have been addressed prior to our check-in. Consequently, our guest had to endure two nights without adequate bedding and in cold conditions. In addition to the bedding problem, we encountered a malfunctioning bathroom door that was off its track and difficult to use. While we promptly reported these issues with the bathroom door, it took an unacceptable three days for property management to send a technician to address it. Furthermore, the resolution of the dirty quilt issue was slow and involved some confusion. Overall, although the apartment has potential, the evident lack of attention to cleanliness and timely maintenance significantly detracted from our experience. Fonti e contenuti correlati
