Liked: Arranging access late due to a delayed flight.

Disliked: It was ice cold when we arrived. The heating and AC took a day to heat up the place

Not as described, unclean, and very noisy

Liked: The location was very decent and close to a park. That's about it.

Disliked: The apartment did not match the description or photos. The sofa shown in the listing was damaged and unusable on arrival. Despite requesting bedding for the sofa (as we were two guests), the host refused to provide it, contradicting their own message that it’s available on request. Cleanliness was poor, several kitchen items were greasy, blinds were stained, and only two rolls of toilet paper were provided for a four-night stay. When I raised these issues, the host declined to fix them and instead suggested we leave early. On top of that, the noise insulation was practically non-existent. There was a constant loud humming or buzzing noise in the bedroom, and every time someone entered or moved around the building, it was clearly audible inside the apartment. Later, the host offered a small discount for a future stay and asked for a perfect review.
