  Liked: Location, close to lots of shops, restaurants, Lidless and Metro Station, the unit is clean, beds are comfortable, kitchen is well equipped

  Disliked: After a 28-hour journey from Australia, I experienced a delay of over an hour outside the building due to the access key being located inside the unit, a detail not clarified in the provided instructions. Attempts to contact the owner were unsuccessful. Fortunately, a departing couple granted me entry after I explained my situation. I then utilised the provided link to unlock the door and retrieved the key from the table. Please note that the unit is situated on the 3rd floor, and the absence of an elevator presented a significant challenge in transporting luggage. TV doesn't work, fridge is warm inside, freezer full of ice, you will have to buy salt and pepper, paper towels, tea and coffee and the rest, shutters don't work properly, loose taps in the kitchen, overall not such a good experience

  Budget apartment in a safe and well connected area of Madrid

  Liked: The apartment offered a good value for the money. The location was far from the center, but it was well connected and in a quite neighbourhood. The building was safe and clean. The apartment was partially renovated, with new kitchen and bathroom so that was good. It was generally well equipped with necessary household appliances.

  Disliked: The apartment is managed by an agency. We stayed for 7 days and when we asked for clean towels we were told that we have to pay for that extra. Moreover it is advertised as apartment for 5, but actually the fourth person had to sleep on the sofa and there is no room for a fifth person. The sheets were clean but one of the towels was stained and the TV did not have any international programs, just several Spanish ones.

  Good accommodation with good metro access

  Liked: It was clean, reasonably stocked and well located - close to a metro station.

  Disliked: Communication was a bit iffy. We had a concern about late check in (after 22.00) and i think this may be an issue given the access arrangements into the block. We were lucky that another resident kindly let us into the block.
