Anfitrión desagradable, trato despectivo a los huéspedes

  Liked: Location

Disliked: The way the host treated us: he complained about the use of the available linen and towels (we used 3 big ones, but not 2 medium ones), as it would not have been allowed. He sent a very unfriendly message through Booking and whatsapp: "Me podéis explicar qué es lo que habéis hecho con las toallas y con la sábanas están todas fuera usadas, la ropa de cama y toallas es la que se entrega no podéis utlilziar más porque queráis, si necesitáis más me escribís y me lo pedís… porfavor si me puedes explicar gracias". This behaviour is simply unacceptable. Appart from the huge humidity stains all over the place and the lack of a fitted air conditioning, there was only a portable noisy machine that did not work properly. Best regards, Sonsoles Diaz.

Liked: The mattress is very old and extremely uncomfortable. The price is very high for just one night, especially considering the lack of comfort.”

  Horror

  Liked: Nothing

Disliked: The room is a nightmare. Everything about it is wrong. The bed sheets are dirty, the sofa is very uncomfortable, the vessels are with grease, the bathroom is full of water once you turn on the water, because of the broken pipes. The noise from outside is infernal! This should be banned from accommodating!

  Exceptional

Liked: Small but comfortable apartment, close to the metro and bus stops. Has everything needed inside (kitchen annex, iron, hair dryer, etc). Easy self-checkin, clear communication with the host
