  Liked: The location was perfect, the flat was clean an comfortable, and the owner was so kind from the beginning.

  Disliked: Just in the shower the water go out too slow, it seems the shower is a bit stuck but nothing so bad, just we couldn't spend too much time taking a shower.

  Liked: We stayed in this one-bedroom apartment in Madrid as a family of two adults and two children, and overall we were very satisfied with the accommodation. The apartment is well-organized and provides enough space for a family of four – the separate bedroom and living room with an additional bed allowed us to stay comfortably without feeling cramped. The apartment was clean, tidy, and well-equipped. The kitchen has all the basic necessities for preparing meals, which was especially important for us because of the kids. The bathroom was also clean and practical, with everything we needed. The location is excellent – there are shops, restaurants, and public transport nearby, including a metro station, which made it very easy to get around the city without needing a car. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, which is a big plus when traveling with children. The internet connection was excellent – fast and stable throughout our stay, which was a great bonus. The host was kind and responsive, and both check-in and check-out went smoothly. Overall, this is a great choice for families looking for a practical, clean, and well-located place to stay in Madrid. We would gladly come back again.

  Functional apartment with good public transport connection

  Liked: Small and functional apartment with particularly well-equipped kitchen to prepare small dishes. Easy check-in, modern and new facility. Connected to both metro and, within 15min walk, zcercanias in the charming suburb Vallecas in a central but quiet side street. Living room and bedroom are separate.

  Disliked: It was a surprise to us that the apartment was located on the ground floor, directly facing the street. The windows feature some cage-like metal construction but that does not make it feel very safe or cozy either. We did not spend a lot of time in the apartment so it was alright, but for longer stays it could be disturbing.
