  Pleasant stay in a perfectly located apartment with good facilities and cleanliness

  Liked: Excellent location close to all major sites. Ana, our contact during our stay, was very helpful and pleasant. Comfortable apartment with all amenities.

  Disliked: No electric kettle for a heavy tea drinker from Ireland - not used to Spanish tradition of stove heated kettle. This is a very minor issue however.

  Complete, cozy and well located

  Liked: Cosy apartment, fantastic location, very comfortable and with a caring host who did everything to make our stay unforgettable

  Disliked: Sofa is the less comfortable of the whole apartment, too soft

  Exceptional

  Liked: Meeting Ana, who corresponded with us until the moment we walked in the door, and made sure we were all set before she left. The personal touch and the fact that someone was available if there was a problem meant a lot.

  Little gem of an apartment near Prado Museum

  Liked: This apartment is a little gem close to the Prado museum and Retiro. Ana the owner is so helpful and connected with us before we arrived to offer advice on transport. Her apartment is very close to the centre and we found everything within walking distance or a short metro ride away. The apartment was cosy and quiet. Would highly recommend.
