  Think Twice!

  Liked: Just the location.

Disliked: Everything about the accommodation was very bad. First the check in, we arrived 14.20LT (40mins before check in) I had requested for an earlier check in but was not given which I understand but atleast to enter the building I should have been allowed. It was raining and me with family were stranded on the road. I called the property a guy answered the call he was very rude and slammed the phone. Looking at our state one of the tenants in the building allowed us inside to take shelter. I once again called and requested if I could have access to the flat. I was given access at 14.50LT. The flat is extremely small. The door posts were all damaged, which meant we couldn't close the door. 1 bedroom with attached bathroom, the bathroom door was damaged and couldn't be closed. When I spoke to the property they said nothing could be done, which meant they knew about this issue. For all the days the bathroom door remained open and we couldn't use the same(compensation 10%) refund on the base price. Here the refund is not important, but the start of my holiday this was the state. When asked for a toilet roll and thrash bin bags, I was told it will not be provided and I will have to buy. Most horrible experience.

Disliked: The bedroom with the bunkbed is small. We rented the apartment for 5 people and there were only 4 tablechairs.

We had to waste time to commute every day

Liked: They are misguiding by writing address of their head office showing that property is located in central Madrid. This is extremely false information. When we reached that address as written on Booking.com advertisement, there was MIT office only, no apartment. Their staff gave correct address of property and we have to take taxi to reach there. Apartment is not in the city center. We selected this apartment only because of city center location they have written in their advertisement

  Disliked: Cleanliness
