  Madrid centre stay

  Liked: Good communication from owner and met personally promptly to hand over the keys. The property is within 15-20 minutes walk from main attractions of Madrid. Decor pleasant. Kitchen well equipped. Air conditioning. Reasonably priced for city centre

  Disliked: Minor issues - There was an awful fish odour omitting from the fridge every time we opened the door. No room on line to hang out wet clothes

  Liked: Great location, nice apartment, the bed was not super comfy but overal still great value for money. The AC was a lifesaver.

  Disliked: The windows overlook into a rather utilitarian courtyard so there are no views.

  Liked: This is a great property. Renovated and very very clean. Very quiet too.

  Disliked: Host was late and i had to wait outside. This time it was OK because the weather was nice and i was rested. But if coming from a long trip and possible hot or cold weather, one does not want to be standing and waiting outside on the street.

  Cosy apartment in an ideal location

  Liked: The location was fantastic, very close to everything we wanted. It was small but cosy, there were some essential supplies like coffee, sugar, salt pepper plus cleaning materials.

  Disliked: wasn't really enough equipment to cook anything except perhaps breakfast. This may not be an issue for most people, so only a minor point.

  Liked: Great location. Nice and flexible Host. Well-equipped kitchen. Lovely bathroom. The bed is comfortable.

  Disliked: If I had to find fault with anything, it would be that there were sometimes strange noises in the flat and it’s a bit echoey. But it’s all still within the norm.

  Liked: The aparment is very close to the city center. Easy to reach from the metro station. It was clean enough. The owner met us there and explained all nesessary things. Shower is renovated and clean, hot water is available well. Clean towels and bedsheet. The owner is very responsible and helpful.

  Disliked: There is no day light, only one window. which has to be always closed by curtians. The apartment is very small, but still Ok for the short stay.
